Storage AI

AI inventory-management SaaS

An end-to-end AI inventory platform I built and founded — a Dockerized FastAPI backend over PostgreSQL on auto-scaling Google Cloud Run. RAG pipelines (LangChain + FAISS) lifted search relevance 40% at sub-200ms latency, prompt frameworks with structured-output validation raised report consistency 35%, and event-driven n8n automation across Firebase, PostgreSQL and REST is powered by autonomous multi-step LLM agents on the Anthropic Claude API.

Rayyan Pest Control

Bilingual booking site with an AI quote assistant

A complete web product for a family-owned pest-control company in the Chicago Southland — designed and built end to end. Visitors browse eight service lines, get an instant estimate from an AI quote assistant (“Ask RPC”), and book a real appointment by picking a date and time slot, which notifies the business by email the moment it's submitted. The whole experience runs in English and Spanish from one language toggle, with a customer login, before-and-after results gallery, testimonials and FAQ. Built as a single Expo / React-Native-Web codebase on Firebase — Firestore for bookings and content, Firebase Auth for customer accounts — so the same UI renders crisply from a 400px phone to a widescreen desktop.

Pactoc

Bilingual health-education platform

As sole engineer I shipped Pactoc — a bilingual (English / Spanish) health-education platform — to web, iOS and Android. It runs on Firestore-backed systems: short-form video reels, FCM push with deep-linked sharing, and points-based rewards with OAuth social login. I built the full CI/CD pipeline (Transporter + Play Console) that cut release turnaround from days to hours, and stabilized crash-free sessions by resolving production issues from a video-player race condition to Android 13+ notifications and GoRouter deep links.

AQAR — Daleel Aqar

Real-estate marketplace, mapped

A real-estate marketplace serving 10,000+ property listings — shipped to Google Play as “Daleel Aqar (دليل عقار).” I built the backend with NestJS, TypeORM and PostgreSQL — REST APIs for advanced search, filters and user management — alongside a cross-platform Flutter app with an interactive map of every property, plus a web dashboard and admin panel.

About

A software engineer who ships — from 1M-download mobile apps to AI systems that reason over real data.

Over five-plus years I've built cross-platform Flutter apps, cloud backends on AWS and Google Cloud, and — most recently — AI/LLM products: RAG pipelines, Claude-API agents and structured-output frameworks. I've owned products end to end as a sole engineer, scaled an app past a million downloads, and founded Storage AI. I'm based in Oak Lawn, Illinois, AWS certified and authorized to work in the US.
